POLICIES
​To ensure the salon environment remains safe and your appointment runs smooth, the following safety procedures and appointment requirements have been put in place:

Appointments only.​

Please send a text to notify me of your arrival and remain in your vehicle or the outdoor seating area. I will let you know when it is clear for you to enter.

If you feel sick and/or have a cough, a fever, or have been exposed to someone with Covid-19, I ask that you please stay home. Please notify me immediately to avoid a non-cancellation fee.

No-shows or cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be required to pay 50% of the service fee before another appointment can be scheduled. An invoice will be sent to you that should be paid promptly.

Face masks are recommended during your visit.

Feel free to bring a small, individually wrapped snack and a beverage in a closed container.

Space is limited. Please attend your appointment alone and keep personal items to a necessary minimum.

Hair should be prepped and ready to receive service prior to your appointment or there will be a prepping fee added to your total. For relaxer and color services, please arrive with your hair dry, detangled, and free of any products. (Be mindful not to scratch your scalp as the chemical service may cause irritation if done so). Hair that is excessively tangled upon arrival for any other service will also incur a prepping fee.
